Sylvie's Cake (French Recipe)

Originality and creativity are also very appreciated in cooking
Some people give evidence of originality, creativity by composing their cakes with flowers or germinated seeds.
The guests will appreciate then the decoration of dish and new flavours.

The bio cooking gets more and more into families
The need to return to a healthy and well-balanced food comes from a report on the problems of health of industrial nations (obesity, stress, high blood pressure, cancer).

So as soon as we discover the bio cooking we feel being one very quickly better, we feel more tonic, more resistant in the stress and in the disease.

Sylvie's cake (French recipe)
for 6 persons maximum

Ingredients :

9 tablespoons flour

9 tablespoons sugar

9 tablespoons oil

3 eggs

1 vanilla

1 pinched of salt

1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda

1 big box of mumps of apricots

Rum or Kirsh

Preparation :

Mix the whole in order indicated above

During the cooking make a syrup with the juice of apricot and the rum or the kirsh.
Cooking Time : 1 hour oven between 160 and 170 degrees.
After the cooking, put the syrup and put in the fridge at least 6 hours.
